These are a few of my favourites from an amazing weekend on safari. They sure were close, all shot on 70-200mm, I love that lens. I think I managed to see the 'Big 5' but Hippo's eluded my camera ! Back to Weddings inspired from a break
When Stone meets colour.... Birmingham had so many special delights, we took two ancient traditions and slammed them together. I love the simplicity if stone and the Indian beauty and colour. Suk & Tin the dancing was second to none....
Continuing to catch up on my blog shots....... Some Weddings just totally deserve those "REAL" black & white moments. Michelle & guy you were amazing, thank you.
When light allows you to paint, a photographer enjoys the moments before, during and after the shutter is clicked. Here was one such moment. Holly and Daniel you were great, Spain was amazing ! Thank you for allowing me to enjoy your special day.
“ I always thought good photos were like good jokes.

My travel and personal time is being consumed by a Leica M8 currently which was an inspirational moment from a friend of mine. It's manual, its simple and takes me back to quiet times where you have to work everything out and use your feet to zoom.
Don't get me wrong it cannot do the job of my Nikon's at Weddings but it's a nice tool to kick back and see the world again without needing to carry a small factory.
Well around 1000 actuations down and still a few to go. I makes me think of my photojournalist hero and inspiration - Henri Cartier-Bresson
"Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst." –Henri Cartier-Bresson
